The kitchen cabinets for this rebuild will be our mission look like this set except in cherry not quarter sawn oak like the photo. The house in Ramona, is in the Highland Valley area. The view up at this place is great and the owner and his wife are calling the shots on the job and it is moving nicely. The cabinets will be Mission Panel cherry, standard drawer K V full ext. drawer guide, Blum soft close hinge, melamine interiors. We expect to get Bob from Install Pro on this one for October.I don’t see very many more of the rebuilds for a while. Housing starts look grim and why not. I mean if you spend $500,000.00 to build a house it is not real profitable deal when you are done and the house is worth $350,000.00 I think we are looking for remodels.
