This is how we do our doors, The 5 parts are milled on sharpers with power feed and carbide cutters. The parts are figured in our cabinet drawing program, the sent to the shop floor, their the stiles and rails are ripped to width and sent through the drum sander to 25/32 in thickness. Next the material is run through a shaper and cut to size, the top and bottom rails go through another shaper to cope the ends and last to the clamp shown below where they are glued and nailed.
