We took a look at this desk while it was being built in our Ramona shop, corner-desk Now we are seeing the final product in the customers home. The desk is made from cherry and has a finished applied by one of the finish shops we use. The desk has standard drawers with full extension drawer guides. But we have a problem that is why I am at the customer’s home. There are a series of scratches in the on the left hand side of the top that show up in the afternoon sun. Well I think that the customer was surprised when we told him his options. I gave him two choices a $100.00 store credit or a new top. He chose the latter. What do you think you would have done.
