As more and more people look for green products for kitchen cabinets and furniture we have gone to materials from renewable forests, just like everyone else. But what we are doing that they are not is developing a line of product made from antique oak. Take this photo, the wood is from trees that were cut in 1890. The wood then was used to build a barn in Kansas. Then the barn was torn down and we ended up with some of the oak. This is the epitome of going green. A high end piece like this can only be outfitted with the best. That is why we have dovetail drawers with Blum soft close drawer an door hardware.
