Is The Customer Always Right?

September 28th, 2008

Today’s photo shows a small display cabinet for the wall modified to a customer’s exact dimensions.  It was patterned after a similar cabinet in our  showroom.  Customer wanted the piece unfinished and specified the exact width and height.  She signed approval of the job sheet.  Upon completion, customer refused acceptance saying the cabinet was not wide enough to display her plates and that the plate groove needed to be out furthur from the back so the plates would angle a certain way.  She demanded we make her a new piece at no additional charge.   If you were the owner of the store what would you do?

Great tips you have on your site. I am a new blogger and learning to write effective contents. I had started to jot down notes so the idea will not slip out when I sit in front of the com.
