The recession in San Diego County for kitchen cabinets and furniture has been long and hard. Ramona is a good place to be for future growth but we still have to survive. I didn’t realize it in Jan. 07 when I had to lay off a worker at the shop that this was not just a seasonal slow down. This was the beginning of the worst recession of my life, in terms of length, amount of different business types affected, and a financial community trying to figure out how not to fail or be a government takeover candidate. While the financial community figures this out they are still not loaning thus making the current mess worse. We are still going at this with the same tactic.
