This is the inception of a new project. As Suanna who appears to be a little fuzzy starts getting info from the customer for us to quote their bathroom project. She will be finding out what type of cabinetry? What type of counter top? What type of material on shower walls? What type of fixtures for the sink. The next step is for me to design their cabinets and meet with them and schedule it in. Their contractor brought them in, he is one of our steady contractors.
